There are numerous benefits to hiring someone with a disability, from excellent work performance, much less absenteeism, increase value of company on the stock market, etc. - all results and benefits that are now being tracked and recognized. Dave introduced Emily Heatley of Delta Community Living - our local representative in the job market for people with disabilities, who spoke to the process of hiring someone.
