The Semiahmoo Rotary Club has a new subscription fundraiser called the Canadian Flag Program. Our club purchases and assembles the flag components, including bases made by Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Welding Program.
We are reaching out to neighbours, friends and the general public in the South Surrey and White Rock area to subscribe to the program. Participants are charged a total of $50 a year to have a large flag set up in their yard for one week 3 times per year, during the weeks of Victoria Day, Canada Day and Remembrance Day.
Your subscription helps fund our community service work, youth programs and international programs.
The Canadian Flag Program not only raises money for our community, it helps grow our national pride. To participate, please complete this application and submit it to semiahmoorotary.president@gmail.com. Once your subscription is confirmed, you will send your e-transfer to semiahmoorotary.treasurer@gmail.com.
Funds go directly into the Rotary account.
