24th Annual Charity Golf Tournament Raises over $47,000 for the Peninsula

The 24th Annual Charity Golf Tournament was held at Hazelmere Golf Course on June 12th. The competition was enjoyable and the day perfect. A great way to raise money for the community. All money raised at this event stay in our local community and is split 50/50 between the Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation and other local charities.

We started out with a burger buffet, and from the top photo above, you can tell it was delicious. After the game the golfers were treated to a steak barbeque buffet, along with countless prizes which were donated by local businesses and Rotarians alike. Thanks to our many sponsors and supporters for making this event so successful each year. Thanks also to the golfers who year after year open their wallets for a great cause. We couldn't do it without you.

In 2014 we will be holding our 25th Anniversary Charity Golf Tournament. Plans are already underway to make it a big event with lots of extras. Stay tuned for that and be sure not to miss it.
