To Order Tickets:

• Fill out the entire order form.
• In the comments section identify the number of dinners wanted and your preferred pick-up time between 5-7 pm (in 15-minute periods).
• Total your number of dinners x $60 and pay by credit card as instructed.
• You will be contacted to confirm your preferred pick-up time.
