Opened in 1986 by Ulrich Blume, who used his experiences traveling the world to launch the restaurant’s vision, Uli’s has become a White Rock institution. It was one of White Rock’s original waterfront restaurants and quickly because local favourite for its eclectic Euro-inspired food and beverage menu. Those same values thread through the ever evolving and more seasonal inspired menus. In 2008, Uli’s son Tyson took over operation of the restaurant and seamlessly picked up where his father left off.
